Whilst randomly moving stuff around in my house i cam across The housewife's handbook. It was published in 1930 and was a supplement from the News chronicle newspaper. The book is made up of 15 sections each containing information about the jobs that would have been done around the house at that time.
I intend to make a series of four books, each of these books will contain one of the sections from the original. The reason i have decided to only redo four sections instead of 15 is because the other sections are not really relevant to the modern day homeowner.
My target audience will be new homeowner approx 22-26, these books will be a useful reference set that can be kept.
